Little runabout motorcycles seem to be coming back in a big way, and I couldn't be more excited. Personally, I just don't see the need for high displacement unless you live in an area of the world where you can exploit it. Small displacement bikes are great in most situations. Case in point, the new 2018 Kymco Spade 150.
Kymco is a Taiwanese manufacturer of motorcycles, ATVs, and Scooters, and the company has gained a good reputation (it's still not super well-known) The Spade 150 is its latest effort and shows that it can do retro styling on a small bike. The thing has a 149.4cc fuel-injected engine. It isn't fast, but it'll get you around town and looks like a hell of a time.
The guys over at Motorcycle.com really liked the Spade 150:
" ... the Spade likes stoppies, burnouts, hackies, slides and even wheelies if you try hard enough, plus it’ll do other things you are probably not insured for."
That makes me want to buy one. What about you?
