Riding around town is one thing, but if you take longer motorcycle trips, you're going to need a snack or two to keep you feeling your best. Taking a break and eating a snack will keep you sharp and allow you to ride to the best of your ability when on a longer trip. Personally, I think taking a break every couple hours is smart. Don't think you can ride forever. When fatigue sets in, your reflexes are sluggish and your attention diminished.
Take time before you ride to mark a few places along your route where you can pull off, relax, and recharge a bit.
