Recently I came across this Xtreemgear textile motorcycle jacket on Amazon (Note: affiliate link). Usually, I don't go for textile jackets. I prefer the look and feel of a leather jacket, but the more I looked at a researched the Xtreemgear jacket, the more I liked it.
The jacket is full of pockets, without looking like it, it's waterproof, tough-looking, and good for warm or cold weather. There are multiple vent zippers to keep you cool and zip them all up and the liner is supposed to be pretty darn warm. There's also CE armor that's EN 1621-1 Compliant in the elbows shoulders and back of the jacket, allowing it to really do a good job of protecting you in a crash.
The reviews on Amazon are really great as well. Everyone seems pleased with it whether they ride in summer or winter, rain or shine. The first comment on the jacket is that it stood up to a 100 mph slide without any issues. If that doesn't impress you, I don't know what will.
The best part? The thing goes for about $120 and right now it's on sale for about $80. I'm seriously considering picking one of these jackets up, and you should too.
